I purchased this cordless orbital sander a few months ago. I have used it twice. Charged it once. It has been kept out of the elements and stored neatly. I did not leave the battery attached when it was not in use. The product will no longer work. I've tried charging the battery twice since the last time I used it, and neither time seems to have worked. Very disappointed.

The battery doesn’t last long at all which stinks but it charges fairly fast. I like the side dust compartment, but wish the batter lasted longer. I’m hindsight I would buy one with a cord.

This does take a little getting used to holding it, because the power of the sander seems to be much stronger than a lot of corded Sanders that I've used. The dust cup is fantastic and collects probably 95% of the dust, the battery has been really long lasting. Excellent buy!

Easy to use, great value! Vacuum bag does not stay on but for the price who cares? I bought a larger battery pack and it still is way cheaper than the big names. Using it for smoothing car sheet metal prior to painting.

Overview:As described.2nd Update:(February 18th)Ok so contacted seller, they responded back within a few hours, I sent picture of sander, they sent a replacement, received within 1 day. Excellent!This was the best palm sander I have used and was so disappointed when the 1st one died. 2nd one works as it should. Today I finished sanding my cabinet doors and really appreciated the super fast charge time. literally put on charger took an hour break came back and finished the job.1st Update:( February 15th) I really liked it but on my 5th use it smoked literally smoke, on fire melt down...COULD NOT REMOVE BATTER, finally smacked it to remove battery after cooling I tried it again but tool is useless now....Experience:(Original review, mid January)No surprises here other than you get exactly what you expect. Fully functional palm sander. I am using for multiple projects, including sheet rock sanding and my small shop vac attaches perfectly so no dust. This is so much better than my corded sander....Removal of the battery is hard but may easy with use... now if I had another battery....

I love this palm sander. It is comfortable to hold and use and is the perfect size. The battery could last longer, but it charges super quickly, so not a big issue. The dust collector is small so I don’t use it when working outside and use my bucket vac when working indoors. The sandpaper stays on the sander nice with no slips. It came with a nice canvas bag to hold the tool, charger and discs. There is nothing not to like about this sander, it’s a good product and an even better value.
