Started out Better than expected, but it prolly worth less than the $10 one at HF tool. Should be better. Still can be overpowered for polishing, if thats your bag. The variable speed worked well, until the wheel fell into the shell. Happened on the 4th use, and i used it low-medium. Never full blast... Personally returning for something else, but its possible it could fit your needs.

Not even a week after I got it, the speed adjustment wheel fell into the handle. I really liked it before that happened though

When I first turned on this rotary tool, I thought it barely had any power because of how quiet it was. I have a plug-in rotary tool that's much louder but this tool has just as much power, if not more. Being cordless, it's much more convenient to use and I don't have to lug around an extension cord every time I need to use it. It includes a generous amount of accessories and I really like how everything fits inside the case.

This little rotary tool is lightweight, easy to use, and great for small DIY projects. The multiple speed settings and included accessories make it really versatile for engraving and sanding. I do wish the battery lasted a bit longer, but it’s perfect for quick craft work.

I bought a 12-foot skeleton for a Halloween decoration and I heard from my friends that they needed to shave off some of the plastic around the joints to fit the pieces together. I got this rotary tool in preparation for this. Since then, I have discovered that it has a few more functions. I love that it’s cordless and can be charged. Having to be tethered to a cord is rather annoying. I didn’t need it for my skeleton, but it’s so easy to use I have found it so useful. I filed down a broken nail, scraped off rust from my faucet, pre drilled nails for pictures. I now keep this as one of my go to tools. I haven’t needed it for a long or big project, so I can’t attest to that use. But this has worked well for my small projects and for a fraction of the price of a brand name rotary tool. I think if I start to use it more or need it more often, I will get that bigger brand, but for now this works for me.
