Both do not roll nearly as smooth as when i first got them. They leave a rusty slide mark on my floor when using them. One wheel pops out occasionally. Loved them in the beginning but they don't last, feel like I wasted my money on 2 pairs for our gym.

So...these are probably good if they slide properly on your floor. I specifically bought these because regular gliders do not slide on my gym floor which is rubber. These said that they work in rubber flooring and I figured they would because of the rolling balls on the bottom. However...they do not glide at all. The balls get stuck and won't move. You also can not use both on two feet at the same time while standing because they are unstable due the balls.I have tried them not on the rubber floor and they are good!! But.... for the purpose I needed them which is my gym...no good. And....they are expensive compared to regular gliders.

The product is pretty overpriced for what you get, but I'm giving them 5 stars anyway because this is probably the most effective tool I've encountered for targeting your abs. I'm not a fitness expert, so maybe there are better things out there, but I've been working out most of my life and I can say that personally I haven't found anything that works my core like this. The most of the moves aren't particularly hard, as a matter of fact when I first got it I was surprised at how easy a lot of them were, but they do target your core muscles very effectively.Realistically, something like this should probably cost $40-60 dollars, at the most. However, since having a strong core is something that is so important for health and vitality, I'm willing to overlook that.

I used my Core Flyte today for the first time, they are fantastic..I highly recommend these especially, for anybody serious about their workouts this will take it up about ten notches. I used them for mountain climbers V-Ups and many other core stabilizing exercises, I'm happy I made the purchase! (UPDATE 1-14-16) Since I purchased my Core Flytes many months ago now, I haven't gone one day without using them.. When it comes to true Core Stabilizing exercises no Doubt Core Flyte Pro's are the very best.. I've made up so many of my own exercises with them that, "they make my workout more fun and challenging"... I'll say it again, If you're serious about getting in shape and or upping your game, you'll want to buy these Core Flytes.. Also, Thank you to Flyte-Fitness for answering all my questions, your customer service was a pleasure to deal with.. I will be buying more Core Flyte Pro's as gifts for my friends and family..

works as intended, the blue part is a nice foam. for the quality, agree with other reviewers that the rolling action could be smoother. -1 star for product appearing to have been used before receipt. poster appeared to have been folded and placed back in the box, the blue center had some wrinkles on the outer edges, not a deal breaker for me as this is a tool. I will keep it and am excited to start including it into my fitness routine. purchased for family use for a home gym.
