PLEASE NOTE I'VE UPDATED MY REVIEW.MY INITAL REVIEW: This is the first corporate kit I have purchased from this company. I've ordered several other kits for different businesses so I'm familiar with the items needed (my businesses are set up as s-corp). This particular kit came with a binder, dividers, 20 stock certificates, one stock transfer ledger, one generic record tickler (literally one page), several blank sheets of paper, and an embossing stamp. I have to say that I was really disappointed. Other kits (from a different company) contained all documentation needed for record keeping and useful documentation you will need. Their kits contained your actual pages for minutes, bylaws, agreements, etc. with the new company name printed and I just add in information as needed (fill in the blank style). This kit contained none of these things. I ended up ordering another kit from the other company. The only useful items from this kit will be the stamp and the printed stock. If you're like me, starting a business on your own and trying to save on attorney's fees, skip this one. You can get far more for the same price elsewhere.UPDATE: I added 2 stars after the company contacted me and sent me minutes, bylaws, etc. They also stated they were working on clarifying their product descriptions. They went above and beyond. Thank you.
