I had to take clock apart due to hands not on clock face(fell off), screws missing(4), clock face was not properly installed. Not a well put together item! I will say no more!!!

I bought this for a friend for Christmas but it had a scratch on the plastic chrome edge so I returned it for another one. the second one came and it was worse than the first one. Now my friend has no gift and I wasted time and money on this disappointing unit. I would give minus stars if i could.

The hands are black, making it impossible to read the time against the black background. With a little effort, however, I was able to access the clock face and apply a different color to the hands. Now it’s fine, and I consider it overall an excellent product for the money (it remains to be seen how long the neon lights will work, tho, as I’ve not had great luck with them in the past).

I actually ordered this exact product three (3) different time with something wrong with all of them.#1: Clock stopped running within four (4) hours#2: Clock inner neon light never worked#3: Clock "Never" worked period, but the neon light did workIt was a very sad experience.

I bought this for my husband for his man-cave, the garage. He loves it and it makes a great night light so no walking into a pitch black garage at night. Really nice clock.

I gave this to my husband for Christmas. The clock didn't work. The hands were bent so they didn't move. My husband fixedthem. It is very difficult to read the time with black hands on a black background. My husband is going to paint the hands red. I am glad he is so handy or this would have been a flop.
