So far I’m very happy. I spend a lot of time in this chair. Assembly was extremely simple as most chairs like this are.The lumbar support is not an ergonomist’s dream that would cost hundreds more, but I don’t really find anything about this uncomfortable. Generally, I leave the arms up, but I love the versatility. If the bolt ever gets loose, it’s easy enough to remove the arms to tighten them.I did not use the included wheels because I do not like that type – they get dirty quickly and pick up pet hair (and mine) even when you think you’ve vacuumed meticulously. I removed the large wheels I bought for my old chair and put them on this one.The footrest I’ve found does slip, but not regularly or often. That may change as it ages and I will update if there’s an issue. Right now, it is great for my needs, and I’m still not sure I have it exactly where I want it. My workspace is not large, but if I want this off to the side when I’m standing at my desk, I can still do that.As far as I’m concerned it’s the best chair I could have found for the price point with everything I wanted to have in a chair. If work ever gave me hundreds of dollars for a new one, I’d consider upgrading, but right now, it’s great. I often work all night in it and even though I know I should leave my desk more often, I’m not stiff or sore when I stand up.For some reason this product didn’t have many reviews, which surprised me. It’s great, and 5 stars without question
