You can farther three of the same keys with no speed or pressure change and randomly the volume goes from 5 to heart attack. Very displeased for the price. I would not recommend this at all

I was hoping to use this as a midi controller for smaller gigs where I just need my laptop and a powered speaker or two. I had it on a run-of-the-mill keyboard stand, and in the middle of a playing, it snapped in half on me! I can't say I was expecting it to last forever given the price point, but I was a little upset that I got less than a year of use out of it. After that I placed a piece of wood across the keyboard stand underneath it for support, but the two halves would slide apart and after another week or two of use the cable connecting the two pieces had undergone enough strain that notes started to not sound.I liked how light weight it was. The keys are definitely good enough for someone starting out on-- especially if they're using as a midi controller. The onboard sounds are total garbage and the UI is pretty lame. I wish the buttons would send midi events, but they don't. Also it is really annoying that whenever you turn it on a voice says "bluetooth mode". Bluetooth midi is unusable because of the latency and honestly a worthless feature.

The build is solid and the key action is decent.The built in sounds and speaker are terrible so you will need to midi up to control an external sound source or you will be dissapointed.If you are trying to play sounds on an IPhone or IPad and connect your phone to a Bluetooth speaker, the delay makes this option unusable.To truly be "portable" the best path is wireless midi to musical instrument application or your phone, and a directly wired audio cable to a portable speaker.

This is the perfect solution for me as I travel frequently. I can bring this along almost anywhere and play it in my hotel room. For the price, you get a lot of bang for the buck. Don't expect grand piano sound quality. That is not what this is for. This is for beginners and anyone traveling who wants to bring along a keyboard while away from their piano at home.

It's been years since I've had a piano to play. This has been perfect for getting back into practice in what little leisure time I have now. Maybe not professional grade, but certainly feels and sounds and plays like a normal piano. Added bonuses are the portability features of a long lasting battery, and its light weight.Only one minus.... The music stand can't support anything heavier than sheet music, or maybe a thin lesson book.
