Cute print and it is cotton! I really prefer cotton over the polyester bias binding and this is a really nicely made cotton bias tape. Super cute print and it does measure 3/4" of an inch so it is accurate. The joins are sewn together with a good quality thread and that is also another indicator it is cotton. I would feel confident using this in my own sewing and I am very picky about my sewing notions and have been sewing over 40 years! Cute packaging but mainly it's a good bias tape. Arrived quickly as well.
