This thing makes all kinds of stuff, and everything has turned out great! It's also easy to clean which is a big plus. I'd certainly buy this again.

Ive made two loaves of bread, 1st one came out good not problems, the second loaf made but i could not remove the stir paddle from the machine, it was stuck very bad that i had to use shop tools to remove it from the machine.the bread both times taste pretty good.

I purchased this because it was supposed to make sourdough bread. I had multiple attempts at making it and all failed. Everything including other types of breads came out like rocks. Tonight the machine started smoking, and there was a smell of burned food. I had followed manufacturers instructions, use the one and a half pound loaf which obviously this machine cannot handle, everything overflowed burned and just made a huge mess. Unfortunately I will not be able to return it because I threw away the Box thinking that I had scored a really wonderful machine that can make great bread including sourdough bread. Boy was I wrong. Don't waste your money.

This is my second bread machine.....years ago I bought a big one and I loved it. But now I am older and need a lighter one. I think I made it harder than I needed to, directions are not the best but I muddled through. But will see about the second loaf bread.

Lost the paddle wheel. I tried to order from "Customer Support". That was a joke.Measurements are in grams and milliliters. If you lose the measuring device that comes with the machine?You are screwed.

Love the compact size of this bread maker, affordability, versatility, and super-efficiency. Made a wonderful raisin bread today, using all organic ingredients, and saved $6.00. I will never buy store brand bread again. Very satisfied with this purchase!
