Looks great in the tank with our fish. Not too big and all you have to do is attach the plastic bubbles to the tops and your set.

Looks ok for the price compared to similar items, although disappointed that in order to have a floating sensation you have to attach the fishing string, I decided not to do that because I am worried that my beta fish could hurt his fins on the string.

The decoration is well made with very detailed paint color. The sub is quite heavy and I was actually surprised that it was able to float with a single floaty ball. They do add a bit of fun for my aquarium.The wire provided with the diver is extremely thin and a bit difficult to work with. You better make sure you can see very small things and have some patience to get it threated and tied up securely. Also, be sure to measure first how deep you want these to be, and not just eyeballing it. First pass I had the wire for the sub a bit too long so it kept hitting everything.

I had a similar submarine that was more expensive and did not come with a diver. I have my new submarine and diver sitting at the bottom of the tank. I do not use it with the included floating balls and strings because my tank is small and the balls interfere with my light cover. My Oscar HATES the diver with a passion. Which is fun because it makes it a toy he gets aggressive with and fun to watch him attack it. It is soft and rubbery and so cannot hurt his mouth parts as he does this. He treats it like his nemesis whenever I put it in his tank and it is fun to watch and stimulates him. The submarine worked as a great hide for one of the air stones I have in his tank. All in all they were good additions to my tank and functioned as intended, not much more to ask.

Love the idea of this but getting it to work is somewhat difficult. The string comes separate from the submarine and scuba diver, so you need to string them up yourself. Not too easy to do as the string is very fine and hard to handle. Before tying anything off, measure how long you want the string to be and depth you want the items floating in the tank. The bubble that holds the scuba diver comes in one piece but the bubble for the submarine is two pieces that are snapped together. Not sure how long term waterproof it will be. The submarine is a little heavy so its weight may cause issues later on with the bubble holding it up. Both the submarine and the scuba diver appear well made and make cute additions to fish tanks.
