It really wasn’t that difficult to put together, it folds and my son absolutely loved it his first time in it. He was really exploring and smiling and moving around. Safe and secure… Sturdy! It’s a little big but worth it IMO!

The baby jumper is quite stable and the harness is strong. However, it came broken and unusable. The stitching that holds the baby in place was gone. Clearly their system of checking items prior to shipping is faulty, otherwise this would never have been sent to me. It's not like the unit was broken during shipping, it left the warehouse like this.I live overseas and had this item shipped to me, so I can't return it. I have to take it to a professional seamstress and have her sew it. And I don't have one close to my home, and I work fulltime. So I have to find the time, call an Uber, wait and pay extra. It's very annoying.I believe once this is fixed my grandson will love it!

I LOVE THIS. I’m a second time mom and gosh I wish these were more affordable back then as they are now, I would have gotten it for my first. My son loves it and I truly think this helped strengthen his legs for standing and crawling. The lining of the seat for the bouncer is soft and comfortable but still can give a mean wedgie so be aware of that and always line it to their center. But ALWAYS use caution when taking the baby off, hands on them at all times. Especially if they’re rambunctious they can easily fall off but as long as you’re holding on to them when taking them off that shouldn’t happen. I had a normal bouncer before this and I do think that set him up to be ready for this bouncer so that is something to consider before just getting this right away they need to know what to do before you plop them on here. But you won’t regret it especially if you work from home, doing chores, for a few moments you need your hands free but still supervised this is it. Get it. I will need to get in touch with the vendor as the cushion lining is only slightly separating which I get with moving and alignment to the baby but it should do that only 3-4 months out. Other than that love it get it

(This is an edit) I originally wrote that the product directions had parts & steps that didn’t come with the package but also we’re not needed & that things felt lackluster price wise compared to possible other products as I spend a significant amount of time going thru reviews & picking products apart b4 I buy them NO MATTER THE PRICE - this is the first time after a decade of using Amazon that a seller has reached out with so much concern for how I felt about the product & I am absolutely blown away by how much they cared about making sure I was EXCEPTIONALLY satisfied with my purchase, they offered a refund, a new product & it wasn’t about money for me it was about the level of attentiveness they gave about my opinion. I have been using this product everyday & i have a 9 yr old son who LOVES to break my daughters toys lol & he has literally sat inside the swing attachment I bought for her & hung from the bars & it hasn’t broken nor bent & Although everybody is complaining about size I think the size is PERFECT & folding it up is VERY easy - TBH the fact that u have a seller who cares so much about how the product is doing & turns out for ur child (which we know nobody cares after the sale) is worth the investment alone… This product is simple & easy & u don’t need to be an astronaut to put it together lol (this is coming from a person who NEVER reads instructions lol) I do think ensuring all parts & instructions match but as long as I wasn’t missing any parts then I was satisfied. My daughter LOVES the swing option on this jumperoo & there’s not alot that have both options - I can push her & the frame doesn’t move or feel unstable at any pointWhich is a must for me! Definitely worth the purchase..💜💜💜💯💯
