The BBQ is very well made, everything about it is top of the line and very high quality.The burner adjustments are easy to use, they burners cover about every square inch of cooking surface so there are no "hot or cold" spots, it has very even cooking.The sear burner takes some getting used to. It gets really hot for searing meat quickly which gives the meat a great sear, but you have to be carful about using it to cook the complete steak, it can go from perfect to charred in a hurry. Searing it on the burner then finishing it on a regular burner gives us the best cooked steaks.If you've been used to using lower priced BBQ's this will take your cooking experience to a whole new level. We are beyond happy with the BBQ and the way it cooks.

This is a high-quality product for sure! I like that it’s made from 304 stainless steel. It has a double wall hood, which helps it hold its temperature. The burners are professional level which makes cooking things evenly super easy. It has an infrared rear burner which has been great for rotisserie style cooking. It’s holding up great so far and I’m having such fun using it. I have no doubt if I need to use customer service that they will be above and beyond just like their product. Very happy with our purchase!

This is an excellent Grill. Delivers the heat well distributed ( I got the briquettes set). The temperature ranges really well with 4 20000 BTU burners. Lifetime warranty for grill body and more important life time warranty for burners. When they are in bad shape you contact the support and they will ship you a new set free of charge. Their post-sales support is amazing good, fast educated and customers friendly highly recommend this brand for the S-Series model because this is the one I bought.
