I believe this is all cotton, filling and all. It's a well crafted, attractive enough, really great, comfortable, basic cotton quilt.

Great price and very worth the money. Great quality and a nice weight -- I'd call it heavy, good and sturdy. Washes up in machine beautifully. We had a twin, but like it so much we got it in a full for the other bed.
