The smoker gun just stopped working after 10 uses. Sent email to customer service and haven’t heard anything back. Very disappointing for the price I’ve paid.

The box and smoker gun works fantastic for the first 8-10 uses but then suddenly breaks. The smoker fails to turn on therefore useless.

Got this for a Christmas gift for my husband. He loves it. It's super easy to use. Some people were saying they had issues getting it to smoke. We did not have that issue. Gets super smoky. Perfect gift for the man who has everything, and who loves nothing but sports, cars and alcohol. (and his wife) lol

I bought this smoking box as a Christmas gift for my husband. BC (before Covid) we ate dinner out quite a bit, and our favorite restaurant offered Old Fashioneds with the fancy smoked flavor. So now it's easy to have this at home! I can't think of anything I'd change, other than the finish. If it came in bronze it would match our bar. But it's easy to set up, easy to use. I do like the smell downstairs in the bar when it's used. Can't wait to offer smoked drinks to guests some day again. And it does take just a little bit of the smoking chips each time. I haven't tried smoking foods with it yet, I'd like to try it with cheese.

The box is great, but the gun is not as good as the breville smoking guns because you can’t replace the filter it’s glued in.

I gifted this after seeing and experiencing it with an Old Fashioned at Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas. I also purchased the box of the 8 or 10 other flavors. I've found that it works best in a mixed cocktail like an Old Fashioned rather than just bourbon or whiskey on the rocks. The other ingredients in the drink seem to grab the smoke flavor better. I would recommend using it outside as it gets VERY smokey. I learned the hard way. I recommend purchasing it.
