Excellent product. Easy to install, works great. Three levels of light. I’m amazed that it actually fit my old fan! I’m buying another one now.

The only issue I had with installation was getting the light kit to sit flush with the hub from the fan. This may have been caused by the age and/or model of my ceiling fan. In the end it worked and looks nice. Can't beat it for the price and look.

I ordered this and went to install it, but the nut and washer needed to install are missing. Instructions say to contact Craftmade if there are any issues or missing parts: I waited 2 days for a response that said, "Please return to the dealer from whom you purchased the product for a replacement. These parts are not available to send you. Craftmade does not sell direct." Great...super helpful. Now I have to wait for a return and re-purchase to try again and install...or I could go to the hardware store and try to find the parts myself. Either way, this has become a time suck and isn't worth the trouble.

We have lived in our house for 16 years and had the Craftmade fan in our family room without a light. I figured there was no way we would find a light kit to fit the fan. Nice the company is still around and making well-made high quality products.
