I'm currently designing some leather harnesses in gold metallic pleather for some go-go dancers in some nightclubs and the harnesses that I'm copying that I saw on Amazon had buckles four of them to adjust on the person's bodies so different people could wear them I see well the pleather and grommets for the garments and the O-rings came up to about 5 to $6 per harness but at the buckles to it they were triple the price not cost effective when you can buy the harness for $20 online and just spray painted gold which is what I ended up doing I didn't return the buckles cuz they are pretty and I'll use them for something someday

I work with leather. I saw a $140 pair of Doc Gladiator sandals that I could not afford. I bought a $29 pair of slides that looked very similar and used leather straps, studs, and these buckles to build on them and make them look exactly alike and it worked. I always get compliments on my sandals. Little do people know, I just upgraded some cheap chunky slides!
