The only Issue I have with the pump is that the dial gauge does not work. It does not provide accurate readings. You have to pump air to your bike base on feeling.

Very sturdy and reliable, this pump literally cannot be beat for value. I'm yet to buy or use a Crankbros product that hasn't impressed me, add this one to the list of home runs.I first had a pair of Crankbros egg beater pedals in the early 2010s and if there is a category of product that Crankbros makes I don't even think twice. Never been proven wrong.

Definitely moves enough air to use on vehicle tires as long as you have the strength. Seems really well built.

I'm not sure how dialed in the pressure gage is, but I was just guessing before I got this.Feels solid and no extra parts for presta valve use!

I've been using this Crankbrothers Bike Pump for a few weeks now, and no matter how much I like the design and look, I'm still not sold on it. The two floor pumps I've used over the last decade are my tried and true Specialized pump, and my Park Tool pump. I finally gave the Park Tool pump away. The analog gauge was sticky (new, it tended to get stuck around 40 psi), and was hard to read.I've tried this Crankbrothers Bike Pump with 30 psi wheelbarrow tires, my 50 psi mountain bike, and my 100 psi road bike. The value works with both Presta and Schrader valves. The gauge is easy to read. For my thin 100 psi tire, when it reached 100 psi, I tested it with a brass Accu-Gage. It registered 80 psi (3x).What I don't like about this pump is that, for high pressure tubes, one push on the handle brought the psi up about 20 points. So, if the tire is already at 60, in 2 strokes I'm at 100. This is not what I'm used to. So is this the "high pressure/high volume" feature? It feels funny. And the first time I used it with a tire at about 20 psi, I really had to push on the handle to get it to 100 psi, and then my Accu-Gage registered 120! Have you ever had a tire explode on you? Not pleasant.I'm having trouble trusting this pump. I do like my Crankbrothers pedals, though!

I've been a road biker for over 25 years and have owned many different pumps. This is one is definitely one of the best, especially since it's under $50. It inflated my tires from 60 psi to just over 100 in 3-4 pumps. My other pumps require a cardio workout to achieve this. The pump easily attached to my presta valve and was easy to remove. (I've had lots of problems with other pumps breaking my valves or being finnicky to attach and remove.)I easily found the hidden needles thanks to the person who posted the helpful photo on where they are located in the handle. That said, I tried to (incorrectly) remove them by prying off the plastic cap at the end of the handle and broke part of it by using a screwdriver as a lever. What you need to know is that underneath the handle is a lever that opens the compartment. That said, I was overjoyed to see the plastic adapter that allowed me to pump up my exercise ball to full capacity for the first time. Those hand pumps that come with exercise balls are worthless. Now the negatives: Like others mentioned, there are no instructions at all with this pump. I even took the time to find the pump on the Crankbrothers website and there is even less info than on the Amazon listing. It would be really helpful to show how to remove the adapters. Also, I could not find a switch anywhere on the pump to change from high pressure to high volume. Since I don't have a mountain bike, this doesn't matter much to me, but if you're buying the pump for this feature, be warned that this one didn't seem to have it. As far as the extended hose length, I disagree. The hose is no longer than the ones on my other pumps.Even with the negatives, I think this is still a really good pump for the price.

:) Things are finally warming up & there has never been a better time to get out & get some fresh air & exercise …And riding a bike is one of the best ways, if you are allowed that is :(If you are one of the lucky one who are allowed to ride..... then you might need this Crankbrothers air pump.Ok - right off, this is the best bike pump I have ever owned/used.... it is really nice! The build quality is top notch, fit n finish is beautiful....And it's functionality is on line with it's perfect form.....It's designed to facilitate user friendly ease of use..... the foot stand is perfect, nicely shaped so you can stabilize the pump easily as you work it up n down....And the pressure gauge is large & easy to see & read as you pump away....The pump handle is the best I have ever used, as it is big enough to get a good grip.... and one of the handle end caps conceals the needle/adaptor, pretty cool. The air hose is just the right length.... it is long, but not too long.....This pump gets your tire filled up quickly & easily.... it is just a beautiful thing that makes you smile.IMO, this hand air pump is highly recommendable..... it just works & works well :)5 Stars!
