Lumbar spine - model with open sacrum. This human lumbar spine - life-size model consists of the 5 lumbar vertebrae with intervertebral discs, sacrum, coccyx and spine nerves of the spine. The sacrum is open and allows access to the Cauda Equina. Magnets are used for the holder. The removal of the bone flap is therefore effortless. The model can be removed from the tripod and put back on without tools. It's a lumbar and sacral model. The quality of the material isn't great. There were small chunks broken off of it, probably during transit... but I'm not worried about it. I'm not sending it back for that. It serves its purpose. We'll see for how long!
