I got this for my granddaughter's as they like to put on puppet show. But they are 4 and 6. So kind of young to use strings to make Skelton move. Strings get tangle easy. But still fun.

My grandson requested this marionette. He absolutely loves it. It arrived quickly. I think it's great for a first timer.

Head doesn't move. No strings on feet. Smaller than expected. It could have been really cute if it had been made to work.

My grandson loves this little guy. My only complaint is that there are no strings on the legs, only the head and arms. Still, it's a great little puppet, especially for someone who has never used a marionette before.

Great skeleton, quality construction.Wish it was actually a marionette but it will do for my purpose as a static prop.

He is adorable, but is too stiff with too short of strings to be a real marionette.

I was excited to see the addition of Starvin Marvin to the Crazy Bonz line up this year and quickly preordered two of them. We are devote purchasers if the Crazy Bonz line-their products are excellent quality and hold up very well. After a brief delay in shipment, we got them today. Opening the package was easy, zip ties hold him in place on a cardboard board. He stands about 15 inches tall from top of head to feet. He is cute and my teen immediately started playing with them. Why the rating? One had loose eyes that fell off within 5 minutes. It wouldn’t be much to stick back on as they are just adhesive googley eyes, which seems to detractfrom the overall quality. I was also a little disappointed by how stiff his joints are and how hard it is to move. This is not a typical marionette where a slight flick would result in major movement. I’m thinking his hands are white as a nod to marionettes that usually wore gloves, but it would have been nicer to have the hands a regular bone color. Also, he only has his front 10 teeth, which gives him a little bit of a horse-face. Finally, one thing I didn’t notice when I ordered him, but quickly noticed when I opened him is that his legs are not attached to strings. So, movement really only happens with his hands.Overall, he is cute and will join our collection of skeletons, but I probably wouldn’t have bought him at the price of $13 if I had been aware of these drawbacks.
