Nozzle upgrade included in this bundle arrived bent, and the bracket attaching it to the heat sink was not screwed in because of it. Package was undamaged, meaning it left the factory that way, or someone pulled a switcheroo. Printer worked well for the first few prints. Started having issues with provided sample spool tangling on itself. After that was resolved, each successive print began to worsen in quality. With around 30 hours of printing over 2 weeks, the print quality issues should not have been happening. The drag chain knocked against the lid. The Bowden tubing left rub marks on the top of the lid in many places. Both of these issues created surface artifacts in print quality. I returned it for a refund. The whole point of buying what reviewers said was a relatively hassle free printer that, "just prints, no need for tinkering or constant adjustments"... is lost when I had to spend hours looking up solutions that typically involved either rooting the device and sideloading custom firmware, or printing amateur diy upgrades. Been there, done that with ender 3. This was supposed be a huge leap forward for me in terms of spend more time enjoying what the machine has to offer. Clearly not the case. Maybe someone with more patience and the urge to tinker/fine tune will enjoy this. I had great expectations based on the product specs and reviews. What a let down! The attached picture is of the final print before deciding to return the printer. It was set to iron top layers. The front half of the bed where the bottom image was turned out better than the top. Easy fix? Don't care. I bought this darn thing so I didn't have have to mess around with weird problems like this!In hindsight, a majority of the YouTube reviews I watched mentioned being sent the machines for review, free from Creality. Some gave thoughts on smaller flaws, some simply mentioned smaller flaws that Creality is probably already working on fixes for. But none of the videos I watched touched on the specific problems I was facing. And after reading the host of negative amazon reviews since returning this product, I know I'm not alone.SO, where are the bad video reviews of this machine on youtube and other review sites?! Probably buried in sponsored content purgatory! I know that the next cutting edge 3d Printer I get.. if it's this bad, I'll have the camera on record and post it any and everywhere I can. And... Come on Creality, do better at Quality Control! I expect to have to fix a $170 printer, not a $600 one.
