Make the screw locations with a pencil.
Step2:
Use a power drill(5mm drill bit)to make holes for the wall anchors.
Step3:
Tap the wall anchor gently to the wall.
Step4:
Put the hook in place and tighten the screws.

This Dance medal holder is a great quality. I like that many medals can be stacked on it, as opposed to the kind with hooks that only one medal per hook fits. My competition dancer loves it. It was easy to hang and looks great on the wall.
