Pads work as well as hand surfacing can and the conditioner leaves the ball ready with just a quick wipe. Life After Death spray cleans deep (smells pleasant) and leaves my tg16 and hk22 covers tacky. Not ideal for a spare or straight ball imho which is fine for me. Last but not least the Bam pad is the best I’ve used. Leather side oil between shots easily and the fabric side lets you do quick cleans with a spray of whatever cleaner. Good investment, not disappointed at all
