Springy Sponge Blenders
Springy Sponge Blender are ideal for blending, softening edges, and applying color in hard-hard-to-reach places. Sponge Blender sticks are also perfect for applying color directly off them to areas, for soft touches and dabs of subtle pastel. Springy Sponge Blender handles have unique scraper tips that can be used for removing small areas of color or carving lines into thicker color layers.
Stumps (Stomps) and Tortillions
Stumps are traditional blending tools for pastels, charcoal, and graphite pencil drawings. Stumps are best used for blending larger areas. Tortillions are used for smudging pencil, charcoal, and pastel works. Tortillions work best blending in tighter areas. When the ends of either become dirty or worn, the ends can be sanded clean (and shaped to custom points) with the Sanding Pad, also included in the set.
Sandpaper Pad
Sandpaper Pads are the best accessory for not only cleaning Stumps and Tortillions, but also for sharpening pastel and charcoal sticks and pencils into points or hard edges for detail work. Creative Mark's Sandpaper Pad comes with 12 removable 1" W x 4" L sandpaper sheets, mounted on a pressboard wood handle, complete with a predrilled hanging hole for storage.

I liked these and they worked for what I needed. I did learn that you can make these paper rolls on your own though. Probably a lot cheaper. If you want to buy them these are a good choice, but I am sure you can find better ones.
