The rack came well-packaged and was straightforward to put together. Very sturdy and easy to maneuver. The only thing I would recommend is to use your own set of Allen wrenches. The holes for the screws are slightly smaller that the screws themselves, which is necessary for the screws to get a good bite into the wood, but it also makes it challenging to get enough leverage with the tiny Allen wrench they provided. It would be doable, but it would also be way less fun to put together. Not really an issue for us since we do have a set of Allen wrenches with a good handle. Just wanted to make people aware. Great little print rack for me to store my photography backdrops and surfaces up off the floor and out of the way.

Overall I'm pretty happy with this rack. It is very easy to assemble (but you'll probably want to have a T handle allen wrench rather than using the small wrench provided) and the wood is good quality and well stained. The rack has a ribbed plastic mat to prevent artwork from sliding around. All four wheels have locks, which will ensure the rack stays where you put it.I'd recommend two improvements, if I were asked. The first is minor; add some plugs to cover the screw heads. The chrome heads are quite visible against the wood stain. The second is potentially a bit more serious. The wheels just press straight into holes drilled in the base wood, with no metal sleeve. It hasn't been an issue for me (yet), but I'd be concerned about having the rack filled and trying to move it, and possibly splitting the base wood.

This item is very satisfactory, except we ordered the walnut finish - and the color of this item in no way resembles what was pictured in the product listing. It's more of a red tone, not ideal, but my events are too soon to exchange the item.

The female threaded ends that the screws are supposed to be inserted in are not secure so it is impossible to tighten to the proper degree. They do not give you the buttons to cover any of the screw holes. Very poor quality and very poor craftsmanship. I will never purchase again!!!!!!!Very flimsy.

Great quality and easy to put together. It matches the description and looks like it will last. My use is interior print storage.Amazon’s packaging was ridiculous - product box within manufacturer’s shipping box within an amazon shipping box 3 times it’s size for no reason - but that is not the manufacturer’s issue.
