I thought I'd really like this dispenser. However, even though the spigot seal felt like they were tight, there was a drip at the spigot, even when it was closed and not in use. I didn't realize the drip until the contents, iced tea, caused a stain on my granite countertop that won't come out. I do not recommend this dispenser.

These worked fine. They arrived in packaging as if they were new, but they had obviously been used before and the insides were very scratched. I kept them because I didn’t have time to order anything else, but would have returned them if I had had time.

I bought 3 of these for our daughter's wedding. They're beautiful, packed well, no problem whatsoever with the dispenser nozzle, sturdy, easy to assemble, fill & clean. We had 1 for water, 1 for sweet tea, & 1 for lemonade. 2 things to know: 1. It does say in the info that citrus items may mar the plastic. Definitely. After only 8 hours my lemonade etched the ice sleeve & the container itself. See pic. I can deal with that. I'll always use this one for lemonade. 2. Be very careful screwing the ice sleeve into the lid. Unfortunately, our server cranked it down & actually cracked the sleeve. I can deal with that but that sleeve will now always leak ice water into the beverage. I can always use this one for water. And that's about it. I WOULD definitely buy these dispensers again if I knew that I myself would be the only one to handle them. They are a good value for the $ & are attractive to the eye.
