The plants arrived in bad shape. Out of the 60 plants more than half of them are brown and yellow. Other are just twigs with no leaves. I have plant around 20 of them with a hope to get them established. Not sure if any of them will survive. I feel like I wasted my money. Time will tell.. :(

The plants themselves arrived in good condition, not too root-bound, root balls still moist, well established. UPS, on the other hand, shook them up quite a bit, with approximately half of the 60 plants loose from the planting tray and jumbled upon arrival, with the box lying on its side on my front porch despite the ‘this side up’ label. Product is great, shipper less so.Update 3/2022: Plants all thriving, I watered regularly (3x/wk) and added composted chicken manure when planting. Coverage varies, but some individual plants covering 6-8 sqft already (south Georgia).

I was hesitant to buy these because some reviewers said that their plants were not in good condition upon arrival. My plants were perfect. It looked like they had just been put in the box. I like the small size of each plant because in the places I'm planting them it's impossible to dig large holes. I just planted them upon arrival today, and I have every reason to expect that they'll take and grow.

The plants looked pretty good when they arrived....a few were damaged or not healthy, but most appeared to be OK.The same gardener planted them that did the local ones & over half of them died! I have written to the company several times & spent over $500 with no assistance from them.I am very dissatisfied with their product & lack of service!Sadly, Iova

I don't review very often, but I was amazed by this purchase. When I order plants online I never know what I'm going to get and because of this pleasant surprise I feel obligated to help the next shopper. The packaging what excellent, two trays stacked and glued in place with plenty of packaging material to protect the plants. This box made it across the country and essentially all the plants made it alive. A few months later now and all the plants are established in the ground and doing great! 10/10 would recommend!
