Very nice fins for spearfishing. I use booties and they are a little uncomfortable even when loose because of height, not length (tight). For the price they do very well and I recommend them.

I accidentally bought these in a men’s XS - I thought I was ordering a woman’s XS. I wear a woman’s size 8 in shoes. These fins are way too big - at least one whole size up if not more. Instead of sending them back, I decided to try them with booties. I use my fins for pool exercise and for snorkeling so I typically put my bare feet in open-heeled fins (I have a trusty pair of AquaLungs that fit like a glove - I love them). Still, I figured that if I got a solid pair of booties that I also could wear as water shoes - both to the pool and traveling to & getting on boats - I could cut out one extra gear element - water shoes. Hoping it would all work out, I ordered 3mm NeoSport booties - which have a nice protective bottom - hoping these would give me a nice fit with my new Cressi Pro Lights. And guess what? Got the booties, put them on and put my feet into the fins - a perfect fit! Well, there is just a hint of my toe hitting the top. But, in the water, even with expansion, the fit is great and no discomfort. If you’re like me and NEVER send back anything because you just can’t get around to packing something up and shipping it, then you’ll appreciate how a 2nd order for some other useful gear lets everything work well for me. I can’t tell you how much stuff I have that I always meant to ship back and exchange for the right size and just never did. In this case, a happy ending instead of my Pro Lights just going into storage until someone comes along who could borrow them.

Great quality but they run a little big.

Thanks to all the previous reviews, I purchased the correct size and discovered the hard form inside the boot was removable, so I'm very happy with my purchase!

Paid half of what most people pay for fins, and they work great! If you want a quick, cheap alternative, they will definitely hold up. If I were going to be doing a lot of diving, I'd probably buy a better price, as these are stiff.

I'm sure these work for some folks, but I have wide feet and with dive booties my feet were hurting for the majority of each dive. Also, they run too large to wear without booties (I wear a women's size 7.5 and ordered the extra small); even with 3mm booties I was afraid they would fall off. Finally, I prefer a more flexible fin--these are very stiff.

These are great fins, their thrust vector is excellent, they are easy to get on and off, the clips on the strap work well and are very heavy duty, all in all a very good fin.I just have one problem with them and it's not such a problem that I'd go looking for a different fin. The heel strap tends to work down off my heel over time no matter how much I tighten it up, and you don't want it so tight that it pinches and gets uncomfortable over time as you wear it. This might be partly because I wear a 3mm neoprene wet sock with them. I do that because putting flippers on in sand without a wet sock (a sock made of wetsuit material) is asking for abrasions on your foot. The heel strap tends to pull the sock down and the whole thing eventually slips off the bottom of my heel. This is the first time I've used an open foot fin with socks, usually I use a full foot fin and this isn't an issue. Every so often I have to reach down and pull the heel strap up. It's not a deal killer, I'm not sorry I got this fin, it's a minor irritation that is most likely due to the way I use them. That's the only problem I've had with these fins so I'm describing it to be honest and thorough about this item.
