My first time using a smart vinyl and so far I love it! No messing with mats, just feed it right into your machine. So far I've found it results in less waste as I can cut first and then trim the length afterward to the exact amount used- which is nice because I hate wasting vinyl. Cuts great at the predefined setting and is easy to weed. I'd definitely buy more of this in additional colors. You do pay more for the smart vinyl, but to me it seems worth it for the extra convenience.

Great iron on vinyl. I love getting new items for my cricut. A family member is graduating this year and we're making tshirts to 'embarrass' her with at her party. This should work for that, plus some tshirts for a family trip we're doing later this summer. I just got the black to work on whatever color tshirt everyone wants. It transferred really well, didn't have any issues with that. It looks really nice on hat I made to check the transfer. Can't wait for all the crafts I'm going to do with this one.

So much more streamlined and easier not to have to use a mat! This HTV was easy to weed and ironed on with ease! The machine was easily able to do its job. The HTV stayed put on the sweatshirt I made and after several washes and dries it shows no sign of wear. I am very happy!

The Cricut smart vinyl products have worked exceptionally well for me. They are easy to cut and weed, and the heat transfer goes smoothly every time. I'm no professional, and I'm not using professional equipment. And yet my finished items look professional.

I don't usually purchase the cricut branded products because I find I can get the same or similar quality for less. However, I have not ventured into the smart HTV since I already had a stash of regular HTV that I wanted to use up, I figured this was a good time. Most store brands come with two 12 x12 sheets for this price, so getting three feet means multiple projects can be completed since the smart HTV allows me to have less waste. It also takes a little less time that having to deal with a mat and making sure everything is lined up.

I had never used smart materials before, since I don't have a Maker 3, but rather the original Maker. I decided to give this HTV a try and I am pleased with the results. I had watched different videos that show how to use smart materials with a Maker without a mat, but I chose to use a standard grip mat and the design cut perfectly. The vinly was easy to weed and, once I figured out the correct pressure on my heat press, it adhered to a canvas cosmetic bag very well. The finished product looks crisp and vivid.
