I use this gadget to cut my pastry into pretty pieces. Yes, you can use a pastry wheel but this wors better. It works well on soft veggies and really well on cheese. You can get so creative in the kitchen. Love it.

Love French fries, and make them often in my NuWave oven. But I'm an old lady, and I prefer the old-fashioned crinkle cut fries. Hence this purchase.It works great. Makes cutting up my potatoes quick and easy, with more surface area for crisping up. And my fries are excellent. Love it.

Knife seems to be made out of good quality material. Crinkles on raw potato were somewhat less than expected. Maybe they need to be boiled or shallow fried first for better effect. Anyways, I am happy with the product. Not much to complain for the price
