The cutter wheels perform as designed; they cut glass. Three stars would seem to suggest they are just average. They are,in the sense they do what they are designed for. 5 stars would suggest they OUT perform what is expected from them. They don't; they perform as designed. 4 stars seemed a happy medium

Nice quality item to replace a cutting head in a glass cutter. Well made. Works as it should.

Cuts glass .... use an alcohol lamp to heat the glass then hit with coo/cold water. Works with champagne bottles too!
