The palms on these literally wore through on the very first ride. The leather is so thin that it's gone more or less instantly, exposing the padding underneath. I didn't want the hassle of returning them, but they're worthless. They also managed to find the exact wrong spots to put the padding; most of it doesn't actually touch the handlebars. By far the worst pair of cycling gloves I've ever used.

I have the original one that I purchased a few years back and it has worn well. It is well padded and sewn.This new one, that I just purchased for a whopping total of $59 (shipping included), is nowhere near the quality of the original one. The item shown on the Amazon site is actually an image of what my original one is.The newer one, priced higher, is a softer and weakly padded design.Please take a look at the picture. It is not 3-Dimensional so you cannot see the actual THINNESS of this newer version. The older dirty one on top is used regularly.I am very disappointed with this purchase but I will only keep it just because I can use it as a work glove around the house when I am sweeping with a broom or rake and I do not want to waste time returning something this small.If you are considering this glove, please make sure it is exactly how it is described. As I mentioned, it is nowhere near the original's padding. I was hoping this "Extra Padding" would have been thicker than the original purchase.Too bad this is how cost cutting affects product quality and marketing.

On regular long distance mountain bike rides, these gloves provide comfort, good fit, and durability.

These work really well for walking on crutches, but the design should have better ventilation and a lighter material on the back would be far better. These will get too sweaty in California summers and be unusable.

No more numb hands. Gel is nice and thick and well positioned. This is the 2nd pair I purchased. I eventually wore out the 1st pair.
