Once assembled the hall trees look great side by side. Assembly wasn't too bad but it did take the two of us about an hour for each unit. Both units arrived with damaged seats. I called support at Crosley and spoke with Elaine who was very helpful !New seats arrived in less than a week. Overall, a good experience.

Bought a total of 4 of these for a DIY-mudroom portion to our front room. Very impressed with the quality and sturdiness of these! Very easy to assemble (although the boxes themselves are incredibly heavy - you will need help if you need to move the boxes). Absolutely exceeded my original expectations. Would recommend to anyone, and would buy again. I also made some customizations to these, and that was also very easy to do.

First, furniture is quality. Second, delivery…Received furniture and due to the weight of it, parts were damaged. I wrote the company and they fairly compensated me for the damage. That’s called customer service and this company has it. Thankfully there is still a company that has customer service.

We purchased 4 units. One unfortunately was broken. We let them know and they worked hard to replace it. They took extra steps to ensure we were communicated with. Product looks elegant and was easy to assemble. Solid construction and decent wood product. Only con I have is the backing board is kind of cheap. Would still gladly purchase from them again.

Purchased 2 hall trees for our entryway/mudroom, one for each kiddo. I love these—very pretty and roomy! Fairly easy to assemble. One of the doors arrived damaged, but Crosley Furniture was a delight to work with and prompt in delivering a replacement, zero hassle. When can you ever say that?! I added matching hooks inside the hall trees on the left and right to be able to hang more items. Thank you!

I bought the 3 pack. Have 3 kids and this fit the space I had picked out for our "mud room" area.Part way through assembly I got really confused about one of the parts. I thought it was made backwards or something. It was the two upper shelves that the door attaches to. I figured out that the latches face up (the parts that attach them to the back panel). Once I figured that part out the rest of the assembly was pretty straightforward. I put them together mostly by myself. I was getting a sore hand from the last step screwing the final panel on the back. Some of them are hard to get through both layers. I had my husband finish that part off for me.I love how they look. I love that it has an enclosed shoe area, hooks for hanging, a shelf(the bench) for backpacks and the upper shelves. One of them isn't exactly lined up to the one next to it.Love having a spot for my kids to throw their stuff as they walk in the door. I was pretty tired of backpacks, shoes, etc, all over the floors everywhere.Overall happy, would recommend and would buy again!

The packaging was torn and the product was damaged. We sent a request to the manufacture (as the box instructed) for a replacement part a week ago and have gotten no response. Now we are looking at having to rebox and ship a 110 lb item back. We paid over $300 for this and zero customer service.

The furniture was wrapped up very well - every piece was intact. it was relatively easy to put together. I'm by no means handy & assembled everything by myself. The finished product looks just like the picture. It has plenty of storage space and a nice sitting place. I took off one star as the back board is a bit flimsy - nothing too bad. You just have to remember not to lean too hard on it.
