I’m not happy at all they are all from the same citrine family except for three suppose to get a different crystal each day this is not what the ad looks likeNot happy plus I’m missing one too 😔

Two of my daughters love rocks and minerals, so this was a fun choice for them. The box is very thin cardboard, so the "doors" to each day are difficult to open without tearing. Cut them. The end flaps were just tucked in, quite loosely, so it was tempting to open the box and get a sneak peak. I did, in order to write this review, then taped it shut so they can't. There is a thin plastic tray inside with compartments for the rocks. The rocks range from about 5/8" to 1 1/4" in length, well polished. There is no "special" rock in the last slot. Of the 24 rocks, 12 were the same color of reddish; 9 were shades of tan/yellowish. One was bright yellow, and 2 were dark brownish. Days 2 through 10 all had red rocks of very similar size, shape, and color. I mixed them up, but it was hard because of so little variety. All of these look like standard pebbles from a stream bed that have been polished, except maybe the bright yellow one. None of them looked like the variety shown in the pictures. The pictures show a red rock sitting in a sparkly crystal mound. That is not in this box.

My son really likes collecting rocks, minerals and crystals so I got him this Crystal Advent Calendar for this upcoming Christmas.The calendar/box is well made, it arrived intact with all doors closed.You're able to open it from the top, which I did to take a peek.All the crystals were in their respective compartments.What I don't like about this product is that no documentation is provided to explain and Identify what each crystal is.Actually, they all look the same, the all have the same glossy smooth finish, they all have a similar shape and size, they all have the same texture.I'm not an expert but after doing a little research, these don't seem to be natural rocks or crystals. They are too nice, perfect and identical they look and feel like glass or polished river stones like those I have in my garden.They are pretty but if they are natural rocks, they seem to be all the same kind.My son will probably still like them since he's too young to see the difference but I'm disappointed.

Different Calenders, different years, different companies. But every single rock calender I've gotten is exactly the same. Cool if you haven't had one before. Each day you get a different little rock for your collection. You'll have to do the research cause they don't tell you what rock is what.
