I have had military style jackets like this in the past but they used shinny nylon fabric and had so much puffy insulation that I looked like the Michelin Man when wearing it. This jacket's fabric has a matt look which avoids looking like cheap nylon. The amount of insulation is perfect for me; more than a windbreaker but less than a heavy winter coat. I am a big tall guy and the XXL size fits perfectly. The price at $50 is more than fair and a lot less than the $100+ versions I bought in the past.

I like the fit of the jacket; it is gathered just right and complimentary when worn. The side pockets are zippered instead of flaps and the zippers are not grey but resemble a bronze color. The inside pocket had no closure and the opening faces up. The burgundy color is dark and rich. I gave only 3 stars because it isn’t reversible like a “real” jacket of this type rendering the orange lining somewhat arbitrary. It must have some type of foam lining because it makes an annoying creaking sound as if you’re wearing leather. It definitely keeps body heat in and is a nice, warm jacket

I bought this jacket in a size small for my 14-year-old son, 5'2, he weighs about 115 and he loves it. It's a bit big on him because he is on the petite side. He has been wanting a casual jacket in white. Most jackets said white but when you received it , it was ivory not exactly white. Normally it would be ivory or off-white. But this jacket is pure white. It has a really nice lining but is not too thick or too heavy. He pretty much wears it everywhere and even to school.

I Love it Awesome buy!! It runs small so go up one size. The fit is nice I was considering going with the Large. However, after reading some reviews in went up one size and it's perfect and the material and quality is nice.Worth the buy.

Fits perfect. Medium. I'm 5ft 9 broad shoulders fits me great. Love it just like what we had back in the 80's. I see people complaining it's cold for winter. That's stupid. This was never meant to be a winter jacket it's a summer fall jacket. For the price i can't complain and i prefer the zip on the left as it is as i'm a lefty anyway. Great jacket

I accidentally ordered the wrong color because the picture or the dark grey looked so close to the black, and was listed first, but that was my fault alone. I'm 5'8" 260lbs lery muscular chest and arms with a very large belly. The XXL I received is snug but comfortable with room to move. The arms are a little smaller than expected. If I had to order again, I would order the xxxl so I could fit some heavier layers under the coat. All in all , it's a nice coat that's made well and worth the money spent.
