If you've got power tools you're going to need batteries. There's nothing worse than being in the middle of a project only to have your lawnmower or whatever run out of juice. At one point, it was cost prohibitive to have a bunch of batteries on hand. The only real option was to buy OEM replacements and they weren't cheap! Fortunately, there's now a thriving aftermarket of high quality, very functional replacement batteries for everything imaginable. This one will work great in any of your 82V Snapper tools. I've tried it with my lawnmower, hedge trimmer and leaf blower and it worked just fine with all of them. Highly recommended!

I received this battery two months ago and have used it each week since. It took a full charge quickly and has now been used up some and then recharged at least 8 times. It has the same power as the OEM.Great Value - Highly Recommended.

Honestly, it worked OK for while it still functioned, but it did seem to be capable of holding full capacity every time I had to use it.Yesterday I was using it with full charge, did some basic yard maintenance with it, then it just cut off and showed 2 blue lights as if it still had some juice in the battery. I went to try and turn it on again, and it did absolutely nothing.Brought it to my charger, and let it charge over night. In the morning, I noticed the lights were all faintly glowing, the charger was done charging, and everything seemed fine.Took the battery off the charger and pressed the battery check button, and the little lights demmed, but nothing else.Kinda shocked, I placed the battery back on the charger to see what it would do, and the charger would not even recognize that I plugged it in.I did a voltage check, and out of the whole pack, it's reading 4.7 volts TOTAL getting to the terminals.Opened it up to check at each cell, some of these batteries were showing voltages as low as 0.5volts.This is trash. Save your money.
