Really surprised at the quality of sound after we got it in the right box. Needs ported box to get the max out of it and it will do work!!! Worth every penny and outperforms a lot of higher priced subs and by a lot. CT Sounds is our go to from here on!!

Good price for the totality of the item. going to reverse mount it to show off the beautiful white basket and chrome backing. Hooking it up to 1000 rms it will definitely slam good no doubt.

Amazing sub. I want another one so bad now. I had two 12’s before this and those didn’t hit as hard as the 10’s offered here. Totally worth the money! Finding an amp to power it properly will be an issue if you want to save money.

Great 10 inch sub for $200. Time will tell if it can take a beating. Sounds similar in output to a Skar EVL-10. A bit faster and more crisp but doesn't hit quite as hard. Still a banging sub. Would recommend.

People can’t believe I’m make that much bass with one 10” sub everyone always thinks I have a couple of 12sMake sure you use the right size box tho because it makes a big difference when the speakers can breathe so that the sound is nice and deep and Carries down the block

UPDATE: It’s been almost two years (May 2024) since I started running these subs. I am still impressed. They now live in my 2013 Audi A7 Prestige. Audi decked this version with a premium Bose system, all of it still stock with the exception of the factory single sub replaced with these CT Stratos & the Hifonics Brutus 3300.1D. I have to say, they may still be a little under powered, they’re presently jacked into the stock system via an LC2i pro converter and a mini cap wired in with 1/0 true copper. Verified at the terminals to be 1615+ watts ea), speakers wired Ps @1ohm (8g) in the box. These subs do not quit, period. They’ve never gotten hot, and neither has the amp. Never fade, never clip, always a ton of bricks playing any style of music, for as long as I can stand it. I have zero complaints. If you read the factory flyer on CT’s website, it specifically says “(2) Dual 2 Ohm Subwoofers can only be wired at 2 Ohms”, ~ I disagree. Wired in @ 1 ohm to see if they could take it, and they beat down the block daily! Ripples the roof! Honestly, my only concern in this ride, (banging REZZ & Deathpact), is blowing out the rear glass. Cap made a huge difference, consistent current has brought out the best in this pairing. If I had any doubt before, I certainly don’t now. High marks for the box as well, it’s held up nicely under pressure with only slight, initial modification.Full Amazon Build.(….as far as the major components go, minus the 320amp JS Alternator.Pioneer 8600 Avic-Nex deck / loaded.Stock tweets in the pillars ~ off the deck.4 Kicker Yellow 2ways for the doors / Matched to a Hifonics BXX1600 4.2 CT Sounds Strato D4 10’s / Matched to a Hifonics BXX3300 1D mono.BBox dual chamber ported box. ~ (Modified, factory cutouts had to be opened up to receive the Strato’s, 2 distribution blocks placed internally for the leads, and the stock connectors on each side removed to steal posts on one side with a 1/2” pass through drilled out of the center baffle. 3/4” Hardwood plates cut to mount inside the 1/2” recess on either side to sure it up.)The two D4 Strato 10’s slap for sure! Wish I could’ve run the Meso’s, but they were sold out?! No mystery why, since they’re the last in line beyond these, and these kill it! Juiced the 4ohm twins with the Hifonics 3300 1.D wired to 1ohm. Both amps professionally tuned by the local Bassheds, and dialed back just a bit, for the break in. These are eating a clean 950w +-each, with the engine off, and plenty left in ‘em. This is the second build I’ve run the BXX (BRUTUS) Series amps for, with Zero Complaint. The JS 320 keeps the system fed without flexing the headlights, and no extra battery. Can’t wait to bring ‘em up, but I’m diggin’ it so far!, and at this price point, what’s to say?!

I was looking for a subwoofer that has atleast 3" voice coil diameter. I initially purchased the SKAR EVL 10" but the amazon seller cancelled my order after 10 days because there was no stock. Thankfully that happened because I bumped into this CT Sounds Strato 10". I powered it with Taramps MD3000.1 (2ohms version) with a 32hz tuned enclosure and it sounds amazing. I'm planning to buy another one then hook up the 2pcs CT Sounds Strato 10" to a Taramps Smart Bass 5k.Overall, it's an amazing purchase!
