Doesn't work at all. I'm a bmw tech been doing this 10 years and the dont work at all. Tried multiple cars. Plastics too thick onto.

These are a must have if you are doing significant engine work on a BMW. But I wish it was two of the longer extensions.

The longer one works good but the shorter one I don't trust as there is barely any material that slides down over the hood shock. I feel like it would slip off with the slightest bump of the hood. I use both together for safety.

Only came with two long adapters. Unable to swap for one long one short. Other then that the long one works well.

This tool is normally used in sets of two. So that what I was expecting. 2 of each. I guess I didn't read the description very well.

Perfect BMW hood extenders. I’m a professional and most tools on amazon lack quality but not these. These are pretty good quality.. good enough for a professional so great for any garage. Just pop the hood struts off on the bottom slide over the base and snap the tool on. Done and easy no more hitting your head on the hood latches on later model X5’s and 5 series or even 7’s. Helps when pulling a motor on many others also.
