First use it disintegrated. Buy a brand name because this is a waste of money.

Worked great only way to get those bolts out. Made a horrible job a little more tolerable.

Would not recommend, on the second driveshaft I had to pull it fell apart and ruined the driveshaft.

I was initially concerned that it was too bulky to get into most driveshaft bolts due to the ring around the swivel but so far I haven't found one that I can't get it to work on. With a little patience to find the exact spot the driveshaft needs to be in to make it fit you'll be able to make it work most every time.

Tools is well made but actually didn't work on my Ford Thunderbird because I have an aftermarket 4" driveshaft and the larger U-Joints block the tool from fully reaching the nuts. Oh well, not the fault of the manufacturer of the tool.

Does make it a lot easier to the 12 point bolts to drop the drive shaft, at least on my crown vic anyway.

Works perfect for removing the bolts on the drive shaft. Used it several times now and is holding up great.

I bought this to try to remove the drive shaft bolts on my Ford Ranger. It simply just did not work and the more I tried the more it got damaged. At one point the retaining ring fell off from the vibration from the impact gun. Also the rotational pin started to bend. A waste of money for me. What I ended doing was laying down and pressed on a 12mm box wrench with my feet while holding a wheel for support.

Centre pin keeps falling out. Lock collar keeps sliding down. Terrible product

I am smart enough to not use this to try to break frozen bolts free --I always brake free with a wrench first , but it still has bent the internal pin and no longer has its full range of motion now.--the quality is just not there but for 20 bucks it is exactly what you pay for,
