The Ford crankshaft damper holding tool, part number 6150, is designed for holding the crankshaft damper in place during servicing of 2012 and newer Ford vehicles with 2.0L, 2.3L, and 2.5L engines. Applications include the Fusion, Focus, Transit, Milan, MKZ, Escape, Ranger, Mariner and hybrid models. Compare to Ford's factory tool 303-1689. It should be noted that for pre-2012 Ford models, tool 5043 (part number 303-1416) is recommended over this one.
