This fit my Cub Cadet LT1050, model number ending in CP710. My tractor was built '05 or '06. The original seat is part # was 757-04035, but I couldn't find that. This replacement fit like the original and used the original hardware without modification. Also, this looks like acceptable construction. I did order new hardware (the old stuff was pretty beat after 18 yrs), but for economy reasons I shopped another source.I'm happy this project was simple. The asking price for the replacement at first seemed a little high, but then again it's hard to find a new model with the features of mine (if even possible) at a price I want to pay. So, I'll keep fixing mine a while longer. Glad that parts are available. Pat Q
