I love my new clock from that seller. Mine came directly from Germany. It was packaged well, and came quicker then I thought it would. The clock is beautiful and so far is perfect on the time, without me having to adjust it. Just be sure it is level on the wall. Do not touch the chains in the pkg, until the clock is up and ready to use. It is best to put into a stud, since the weights are very heavy themselves. Using a pan head screw at least 2" long is best, leaving enough inside the hole of the clock. We have our clock 12" from the ceiling of our 8'high wall. This is so the chains do not drag on the floor. This company has been very good to work with, where the clock was made. I added a St. Bernard carved wood dog on my clock, since I wanted more of a Swiss look.
