Bought this waffle omlet maker only to have problems. Lights flashing, unit vibrating and three months of working the company to return unit.I've never been so disappointed in there return process, requests for repeat information etc etc. Constantly being told one thing, then another as well as sending the answer to repeated requests for the same info. What trip to take with no resolve to the issue, no refund, no product replacement. As a matter of fact you can't even find this product on there web site. They no longer carry it, though it was interduced brand new in mid 2023???But I would not recommend any of there products for dependability, reliability or there return policies least of all. 99% of there products are now China made and the lack of service and reliability comes from here also.

I purchased this item cautiously after reading some of the reviews of others that have purchased this. The negative reviews were folks that I believe either didn’t read the instructions or were just flat out impatient. As far as the instruction goes, you have to realize these constructions are just suggestions. The only way to find out is by good old trial and error. To get well rounded waffles you need to add more mix than what the instruction state or you will get wimpy waffles. Also, on the omelette side, the instructions say two eggs. Once again, with just two eggs, you will not get a full rounded omelette. I typically have used three eggs with absolutely no issue. Some of the reviewers have stated on the omelette side that the eggs run out the sides when it is flipped. Once again, with trial and error you have to let the eggs set before you make a turn. By waiting and letting the eggs cook a bit longer nothing runs out the side of the unit. Using the omelette grill for pancakes you have to use more mix than what the instructions state or you will not a full pancake.The bottom line for this unit is if you use it with common cooking sense, it will give you excellent results.

This product has different options for making breakfast and the nice thing is you can make waffles and omelets at the same time. It's easy to use. It works well. So far it has not disappointed.

I had my old waffle maker for over 10 years, then one day it just died on me. I was devastated! I loved my Belgian waffles, and it had made the best homemade waffles! Off to Amazon I go to look for a replacement. Well, I couldn't find an exact replacement without paying $500+, and I wasn't about to do that. So I looked for some mid-range models. This one was a good name, but I was just looking for a waffle maker, not some contraption. Well, I decided to go for it anyway because the price and name were just what I needed. I'm so glad I got it! Not only does it make great waffles, but it makes great paninis! And the pancakes... I've never had such THICK, fluffy pancakes before. Absolutely delicious! It also matches all of my kitchen appliances, so I can just leave it on the counter without it being an ugly distraction. And the cleanup... What cleanup?? All I need is a quick wipedown with a damp paper towel and I'm done!

I wanted to improve my oats/almonds/coconut flour waffles and pancakes as I try to stay cool with my A1C...this became a game changer....they come out nice and stay together...no more broken pieces in the name of pancakes from oats flour etc....The speed is terrific as one side does waffles and the other side pancakes from the same mixture.....in a few minutes I have it all done for the week! Healthy, beautiful yummy waffles from my ingredients …texture is what had frustrated from pan frying my funny ingredients but this helps keep them in shape, and presentable.
