Non-stick is amazing. Have used this pan to bake cakes brownies and eggplant Parm... Nothing sticks to it. Cleans up with a wet paper towel. Recently started buying Cuisinart kitchen tools/appliances, and I'm very happy with their products.

Excellent heat distribution for baking. Very sturdy. Excellent non-stick coating. FYI, although it can go in the dishwasher, the manual says to hand wash for best results. I always hand wash mine because I love it so much and don't wan't to take a chance on degrading the non-stick coating. I've used much more expensive baking pans, but this is my favorite.

My review of this product is tentative simply because at least 6 months to a year needs to pass before you can assess a product like this. Of course it will work well in the short term, but what happens longer down the road. How well will the Teflon hold up remains to be seen. So far, so good.

Haven’t tried it yet but it’s exactly the size I was looking for and it is nice and sturdy as well.
