I had been sealing my empanadas using a fork. I found this did a better job of uniformly sealing them plus it was easier to fill them. A great kitchen tool. Two sizes were included but I only use the larger one.

I like the design and it's very handy for making empanadas quickly. I prefer using this tool instead of making the empanadas entirely by hand. The cutter works well, and the press works well. The unit is easy to clean. I usually use the large press that comes with this kit.I even use it with dough that hasn't been chilled, though the process works better with chilled ingredients.
