For years it was running out of propane gas to find out if the tank was near empty or not. This solved the problem! I can't find any flaws in what it is designed to do. What a relief.

This is a re-labeled fish scale. You can tell because it has a built-in tape measure! There's no need for a tape measure on a propane tank fuel level scale. LOL. When I lift the tank on this scale, depending upon how quickly I lift it, the reading can vary quite a bit. I bounce it up and down a couple of times to try and see if I can get repeat readings, but it's quite variable every bounce. I suppose it's accurate enough to let me know I need to change out the tank, but other than "close to empty," the rest of the range is pretty meaningless.

Easy to read, and very functional. Great value and works like a charm. Highly recommend for a non chalant product that works.

Right out of the box serves its purpose. No instructions or installation needed. Hook it and see the fuel level. Of course it’s not going to be pin point accurate but it can let you know about how much gas you have for a low price.

This sure beats guessing how much propane you have left! I'd rather change out a tank in advance than have to do it in the middle of cooking. Easy to use and is as accurate as they come.

Great gauge for propane. Takes the guessing game out of how much you think you have left in the tank. I've tried the magnet gauge strips before and over time they become hard to read. This gauge does require you to unhook the tank but after that it's very quick and easy. I trust the accuracy so far.

My fault as I did not check picture. This does not show the weight if you want accuracy. Just know what you want it for. To check if you need to top off say 3 lbs if going on trip I would wonder. If exchanging tanks it is possible to have some left if you could not let it run out.. Considering exchange tanks are a pound light you would pay for a real scale scaled in pounds first time. Then is tank purged or not? That being said for what most people use 20 lb tanks to exchange for it good enough as long as you keep another tank around!! It would tell you to make sure to fill the 2nd tank if empty as you only have around 1/4 tank left in the grill. That would cover 90% of users. It’s just I am in the 10% who fill their own tanks for other uses but I will still use this.

This is great for weighting the amount of propane left in your tank. The pressure gauges don't tell u how much propane is left, only that there is enough pressure for the appliance.

If u have multiple propane tanks you like to check the levels on (bbq, fire table) this is the gadget for u! I’ve tried the little stickers and they don’t work 90% of the time. This thing takes 1 sec to lift the propane tank and it tells u immediately with accuracy! Love this thing!!

Had a number of the in line type propane tank gauges over the years and tho they're convenient, the readings are way off especially in winter so we bought this one. Our most recent in line guage read only half full immediately after a tank was filled so I knew it was wrong and quite useless. This one is not affected by the cold, a more basic design and is based on the weight of the tank. It works perfectly and is always right on.
