Fit my 9 cup Cuisinart perfectly! I was a bit leery ordering as some people complained it didn't fit. But perhaps they had a different machine model? I bought this along with a new post which cracked shredding of carrots. I wondered if the shredder disc had gotten dull, and contributed to the post cracking.

This is the second purchase. Disc does not fit detachable stem. I would have to trim the stem edges to fit the disc. Very poor quality control. Disappointed and will return disc and stem.

Nit quite as good as hand shredding but worked fine . With softer potatoes came out a bit stringy. Expensive.
