I've had this less than 2 weeks and the handle/screw is burning off, ie falling off, bc plastic around the screw and screw itself melts/burns with each use.

Material is not of great quality , metallic part stains from second use , handle is not well insulated and will get too hot to hold

Nice looking coffee pot. Only complaint is the pourer is shallow and coffee spills down the sides sometimes.

This is a great quality product! I recommend this company’s brand. It is not easy to find a good quality “cezve”- turkish coffee pot. Usually handle is loose or not good but this one is very solid.
