Needed this to mount my bike rack and it does a good job. Easy to install but my car has some rust issues back there, had to grind off one of the fasteners for the skid plate. Otherwise all good.

Super easy to install and works great with my hitch mount bicycle carrier. I have a 2007 Honda Fit Sport and haven't had any issues with road clearance.

The actual install process was easy. Simply align and bolt it down. However, for all you Honda Fit owners, PLEASE be warned, that the back two welded nuts inside of the frame CAN break off. Sometimes very easily. MAKE SURE that you clean out the threads on both the nuts and bolts (preferably with a wire brush), then grease it plenty before the install. I got mine almost snug, then the nuts let go. There are no access ports to put a wrench on the nuts, so the only solution is to drill through the floor with a hole saw to get to the nuts. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Just like other purchasers, I need this to carry a hitch-mounted bike carrier and have no intention of towing anything with my 07 Honda Fit Sport. I ordered this hitch on a Wednesday (New Years Day) and it remarkably showed up that Friday! I wasn't expecting it for another week. Although it was shipped in an overly ginormous box, everything was well wrapped and protected. Having only seen photos, I nervously expected this hitch may end up being too flimsy and light weight. Not the case. This hitch is surprisingly heavy, extremely well built, and very nice looking. It also was so easy to install. It took me about 15 minutes and I never even had to lift/jack up my car. Very simple and detailed instructions. I had no problems/issues whatsoever. It took me longer to get out my tools and put them away than it did to install the hitch. Buy this!

I don't usually write reviews. But when I found this hitch on amazon for 50 dollars less than on etrailer, I had to. Not only did I select the free shipping, something that wasn't a option on the other site, but it was estimated 7-11 days. Sounds good to me. 2 days later I had it installed. It took 2 days for me to get this hitch from amazon. A+ service. Easy to install. took me about 10 minutes.
