My son put this hitch on my 2009 Lincoln Town Car— Signature Limited—in about 2 hours, He had put one on before, so was faster than inexperienced person would be, The bolts, nuts, and washers come with their own “fish” which you slide into existing holes in the frame and the pull the washer and nut onto each bolt stuck through the existing holes. It is a slick method but Carefully read & follow directions so things go smoothly. You do have to remove and turn one tail pipe hanger upside down and reattach, which seems to work OK, but isn’t as good as the original design…did not detect any noises from pipe contacting anything on the 70 mile test drive.
