Great product for the price. A little clunky due to the cross bar. Never had any issues. Just too bad I did not receive it through Amazon. I had to cancel my order because it was lost and delayed. Purchased it from Etrailer instead

Shipping for this hitch was the worst seems like any time UPS is used by Amazon its and awful experience and this seems to happen most of the time, looked like someone rolled both boxes down a hill, Hitch was scratched and missing hardware. Manufacturer replaced the missing hardware and Amazon discounted the product which required sanding and repainting. For me when I spend my hard earned dollars on anything all aspects of the product to include shipping needs to be taken care of UPS treated heavy items like baggage and must toss it around. Love the new hitch hated the purchasing experance. After the repairs the assembly and install was very easy and works well. Haven’t used the hitch on the road yet

Somthing is not right. This unit is not tall enough. I have it in the highest position and when I hook up to my camper there is only about 2 inches of clearance between the pickup box and bottom of camper. Couldn't even get the camper out of the parking lot without it hitting the pickup. 2018 F250

The hitched worked as advertised. The instruction for setting height were spot on and the assembly of legs and attachment to vehicle were simple.

It fit into the Ford prep package puck system in my truck perfectly. One thing only, it could have a couple more inches in height yo clear the sides of the truck bed. There is no extra room for error.

Went to pick up my new 5th wheel today but could not bring her home. The Curt E16 16031 was not tall enough even though I installed it as high as possible. The space between the top of my bed rail (2017 F250) and the 5th wheel was lest than 3". The top of the Hitch sits 8 1/2 inches from the top of the bed rail. Something is not right. I've searched and don't see any other options. I'm not convinced that these are the right legs for the E16? Even if they adjusted the Pin box, we are only able to gain maybe an inch (1 hole down). It my understanding there should be between 6 and 8 inches clearance between the top of the bed rails and bottom of the 5th wheel. I just don't see it with this sold the way it is. Not sure what to do?
